Does BART suck?

The public transit system in San Francisco is, for the most part, pretty damn good. Not having a car here is not a problem. Sure, I've had my share of lousy experiences like waiting over an hour for a MUNI bus that's supposed to come every 15 minutes (for those of you that live here i'm talking about the 24) or ending up stuck on a BART train for over an hour because someone jumped onto the tracks at another station. There's also been annoying stuff like BART running a 4 car train during rush hour and the snail-like pace and constant overcrowding of the 22 MUNI line. But for the most part, I have only minor complaints. I can usually get where I'm going in a reasonable amount of time and I've never been hassled or seen any truly dangerous stuff going on (although I have heard some horror stories).
I guess some people feel differently. I recently came across bartsucks, a message board for people to share their gripes about our subway. Not too much action going on there yet. I seem to remember reading some horrific MUNI stories at San Francisco Stories awhile back, but I can't seem to find them now.
